At PushOut Pro™, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

15-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in the original packaging.
  • Include all accessories and components.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Gift cards (if applicable).
  • Clearance or final sale items.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), PushOut Pro™ will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 12 hours, your order may already be processed or prepared for shipment and can no longer be cancelled.

If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
